Originally planned as a cannabis dispensary, the building's purpose changed after the Tribe secured a $3.5 million SAP grant. Apex partnered with Aambe Health to lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation, repurposing the existing structure into a working pharmacy while expanding the campus with a purpose-built clinic.
