An 8,000 SF transformation of an aging commercial building into a modern clinic and retail pharmacy for the Kiowa Nation of Oklahoma. Apex led as Owner's Representative and Construction Management, coordinating AHJ, State Fire Marshal, and IHS reimbursement requirements end to end.
Tonto-Apache Tribe Clinic & Pharmacy
A 5,300 SF conversion of an aging facility into a fully operational clinic and pharmacy for the Tonto-Apache Tribe, four exam rooms, clinical lab, digital X-ray, and an integrated retail pharmacy, with Apex serving as Owner's Representative and Development Lead.
